The first release of Ledger Desk Local

Ledger Desk Local is the counter software for repair shops and stores, on your own computer, with no cloud server. The shop's data lives on the main computer and is never sent to us.

    What it includes

    • A setup wizard on the first start: shop name, language, time zone, your owner account and your own prefix for ticket numbers, then a guided tour of the app.

    • Tickets with their bill: services and products, payments recorded by hand, receipts and invoices, labels with a barcode that scans, a board you arrange like a kanban, and search by ticket number.

    • Customers, catalog with brands and pictures, device catalog, and the repair agreement signed on screen.

    • Quotes, expenses and job costs, technician commissions and weekly payouts, with the store owner's share line by line.

    • Dashboard and reports, with exports to PDF, Excel and CSV.

    • Other computers of the shop connect to the main computer over the shop network, each one approved with a six-digit code.

    • Customer screen on a second monitor or an Android tablet: details, signature, the bill, and your own ads while it waits.

    • Backups to a folder you choose, on a schedule or when the app closes, optionally with a password; restore and Export everything.

    • Updates from inside the app, the tray next to the clock with desktop notifications, and every screen and document in English and Spanish.

    Plans

Free needs no key: tickets, bills, labels, up to 100 saved customers and 2 users on one computer. Premium and Premium Plus add more computers, users and features, with a free 7-day trial. If a paid plan ends, Ledger Desk Local goes back to the Free plan: nothing is locked or lost.
