A full rewrite of Readings Manager.
New
A new look: one window with its own title bar, a sidebar, light and dark themes and nine accent colors.
The readings table is faster with a full cycle of readings: sort by any column, search as you type, see totals at a glance.
Layouts adapt to the window size, like a web page: toolbars wrap, panels stack and less important columns step aside on small windows.
AMR Export page: check the AMR export (or the loaded readings) and the Electronic Meters report, read the report, then write the AMR file. Nothing is written while there are errors.
Repeated meters keep their highest reading; blank readings become 0 and are listed in the report.
Carry-Over page: fill the previous readings of the next billing CSV from this cycle's readings or from another CSV, without touching anything else in the file.
Reports open in a side panel with their own search and exports.
Post online always saves a backup of the online readings first.
Drop a readings file on the window to open it.
Clean up: when an opened file repeats a meter or an account, a panel lists the repeated readings so you can tick the ones to remove. Select suggested keeps the highest reading of each group. Undo is one click away.
Remove a single reading from its right-click menu.
Needs review: readings lower than the previous cycle are flagged in the table, counted in their own tile and listed largest drop first. After a pull, one click takes you to them.
Double-click a reading to see its details.
Pull online and Post online replace Download and Upload, and Open folder now opens Explorer.
The app can keep running next to the clock and tells you when a long job is done.

Fixed
The AMR file is replaced instead of growing on every export.
Dates in the AMR file are always MM/dd/yyyy.
Route filter "1" no longer shows route "11".
The upload key and passwords are no longer stored in the app's files in clear text.
